Shipping policy

The Nauset Lantern Shop will ship lanterns within the 48 North American states for a shipping cost of 12%.  Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Mexico along with any international locations will be charged the appropriate shipping fees at the time of shipment.  Shipments of large pendants and custom fixtures are delivered via truck and incur additional expense. Shipment costs as well as applicable sales tax will be added to balance due and will be processed at the time of shipment. Shipments to Massachusetts residents are plus 6.25% sales tax.  Shipping fees are non-refundable

All orders are shipped UPS. Please call us at 508-255-1009 for any external or internal damage, at which time we will issue a UPS call tag to pick-up and return merchandise to us at our expense and the Nauset Lantern Shop will handcraft a new product to ship to you.
